How can I request a quote or reserve an inflatable?
You can request a quote through our website, by phone, or via email. A deposit is required to secure your reservation and confirm availability.

How long is the rental period?
Our rentals are FULL DAY rentals. Extended rental or overnight options are available upon request for an additional fee.
Do you set up and take down the inflatables?
Yes! Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown so you can enjoy the fun without the hassle.
What is required for setup?
We need a flat, clean area free of sharp objects. Grass is preferred, but we can also set up on concrete or pavement with proper notice. A power source (outlet) must be within 100 feet; otherwise, a generator is required (available for rent).
What if it rains on the day of my event?
Safety is our priority. Inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain or strong winds. You may reschedule your rental due to bad weather. If you notify us 48-72 hours before the event.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required as a booking fee. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, before setup begins, no exceptions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future rental if canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations due to unsafe weather will receive a credit.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes! We are fully insured for your peace of mind and ours.
Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely. We thoroughly clean and sanitize every inflatable after each use to ensure safety and hygiene.
Can adults use the inflatables?
Some of our inflatables are adult friendly. Please ask us which units are best suited for mixed-age groups.
Do you offer party packages or add-ons?
Yes! We offer popcorn machines, dunk tanks, and more. Ask us about our event bundles and specials.
Do I need to be present during the rental?
Yes, an adult (18+) must be present at all times during the rental for supervision and safety.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (spring/summer). Last-minute bookings may be available based on inventory.
Do you do corporate, school, or church events?
Yes! We service all types of events, birthday parties, school field days, church festivals, company family day, and more.
Do you accept in-kind donation requests for community events or fundraisers?
Yes, we do! We are proud to support our community and are happy to consider in-kind donation requests for qualified events such as nonprofit fundraisers, and community outreach programs.
